Having joined ShipERP over a year ago, Sri Vignesh has quickly become a key contributor to project success. As a Project Manager, he is dedicated to improving processes and driving results.

Sri Vignesh plans to start by analyzing current project metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas. He intends to collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and implement automation tools.
"I want to facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower my team and incorporate feedback from both colleagues and customers to continually refine our processes," he adds.
Adam Cartas
Tenure at ShipERP
Adam joined ShipERP in the fall of 2022 and has since grown into his role of Project Coordinator as a vital part of the Solution Delivery team. Now entering his second year, he is focused on taking his contributions to the next level.

Adam’s resolution for 2025 centers on professional development. His goal is to pursue industry certifications and refine his skills to enhance his daily responsibilities and long-term career trajectory. He also plans to prioritize mindfulness, time management, and stress management to maintain a sense of balance and productivity.
"I believe these efforts, while not always immediately visible, create a foundation for success that pays off over time," Adam shares.

"The first step is identifying my motivation—my 'why'—and then aligning that with actionable steps. I also need to account for financial and time constraints, planning carefully to make progress feasible and realistic."
Michael Fiore Jr

Michael has been an integral part of the ShipERP team for around a year and a half. In his role as a Sales Development Representative, he focuses on connecting with industry leaders and helping companies streamline their supply chain operations.

Michael’s goal for the upcoming year is to expand his network by connecting with more supply chain and logistics leaders globally. He aspires to deepen his understanding of the industry by engaging with diverse companies and learning from their unique approaches to warehouse operations and shipment management.

Every organization has its own set of challenges and solutions, which makes each interaction a completely new learning experience. It’s not only an opportunity for professional growth but also an essential part of my role.
